Cache, database and external APIs

Data loaded by the hello world pipeline: /data.

• DynamoDB cache: off - reads go straight to the database.
• Postgres: off

Raw status: /api/status. As JSON: /api/messages, /api/github.

Turn Postgres on with npm run configure, deploy, then npm run db:setup. Locally, set PG* in .env.local and run npm run db:migrate (README: Postgres).
